RENT A WAREHOUSE

In order to build the machines, we will need to rent a warehouse for our workers to use. Through the Precious Plastics initiative, we have been able to source a warehouse that is available for use across the river from Iloilo.

BUILD THE MACHINES

The machines used for the pellet creation can be made common, pre-existing components. The machines we will be constructing are open source from a company in Europe that encourages widespread adoption of their inventions. The blueprints are available on their website.

OPEN OUR HEADQUARTERS

For PlastInc. to be successful, we will need a warehouse to operate out of. This will be used for plastic storage, cleaning, sorting, and manufacturing of goods. The machines will also be stored and used here. Furthermore, shipping will also be done from this location, and as such a system will be put in place to facilitate this need.

SELL THE FILAMENT

Once we have put the plastic that we collect into the machines, they will turn it into pellets that can be either sold as is or turned into 3D printing filament. We will be selling the plastic chips to plastic companies in the area and the 3D printing filament to universities. In the future, we hope to be able to broaden our sales partners to 3D printing companies and more.

CLEAN UP ILOILO

The overall goal of Plastinc. is to clean up Iloilo now and forever. Providing the town with a self-sufficient ecosystem will allow them to continue to profit off of the plastic for years to come while keeping Iloilo clean in the process.
